Creatik wins gold at the 2023 australian design awards

We’re proud to announce that we’ve been awarded Gold in the inaugural Australian Design Awards for our work on the Australian Human Rights Commission's anti-racism guidelines.

The Australian Design Awards celebrate excellence in design across a range of projects that make Australia stronger, more inclusive, and more sustainable. This year's awards were presented on 12 April 2023.

"We are thrilled to have won Gold at the Australian Design Awards for our collaboration with The Australian Human Rights Commission," said Kylie Gould, Director of Creatik. "Our team worked incredibly hard on this project, and we are so proud of the impact it has had in promoting greater understanding and acceptance of diversity in Australia. It's an honour to be recognised for our work, and we look forward to continuing to create meaningful designs that make a difference."

In congratulating Creatik on their achievement, the Australian Human Rights Commission said the Spectator Racism project was of great importance to them to help them achieve their goals for addressing racial equity in Australia's workplaces, communities, and schools.

“The Spectator Racism project is one of great importance to the Commission, central to our work in building racial literacy and promoting racial equity across Australian workplaces, communities and schools. The Australian sporting sector has long been a primary area of focus and we are fortunate to work with committed partners in this space. It has been a pleasure working with Creatik Design on this project and I thank you for your outstanding design contributions.” - Chin Tan, Race Discrimination Commissioner, Australian Human Rights Commission.
