Mid Weight Graphic Designer

We’re Creatik — an award-winning branding and design studio based in Sutherland, Sydney. We work with ambitious brands to create ideas that last, partnering with clients across sectors to deliver strategy-led, striking design that makes an impact.

And right now, we’re on the lookout for a full time Mid-Weight Designer to join our team.

What you’ll do:

As a Mid-Weight Designer at Creatik, you’ll be creating compelling brand identities , digital experiences, and everything in between. You’ll bring ideas to life across print, digital and motion — working closely with strategists, senior designers and fellow creatives to craft beautifully executed, concept-driven design.

You’ll need to be just as comfortable designing a bold new brand system as you are rolling it out across a PowerPoint deck, social tiles, or HTML5 banners. This is a hands-on, ideas-led role with plenty of room to grow.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an in-house or agency brand/graphic designer.

  • A tertiary qualification in design or similar

  • Strong creative and technical skills across the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign + After Effects) and Figma

  • Experience with PowerPoint and the broader Microsoft Office suite

  • Confidence using Canva for asset creation when needed

  • Solid experience in digital design, including HTML5 banner creation, UX/UI fundamentals, and a good understanding of web usability

  • A love of bold ideas and a great playlist

  • Buckets of enthusiasm, willingness to upskill and a can-do attitude

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively and also independently

Nice to have:

  • Experience building websites in WIX or similar platforms.

  • Ability to dabble in some code when needed.

Location

Our studio is just a 5-minute walk from Sutherland Station, right in the heart of Sydney’s Sutherland Shire. Please only apply if this location suits you. That said, we understand life isn't always 9 to 5—so feel free to ask us about flexibility. We're open to finding the right balance but feel it’s important to stress this is an in-studio role.
