We are delighted to announce that Creatik has been awarded the 2025 Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Award for Creative Services. The biggest celebration for Women in Small Business. This national accolade celebrates excellence, resilience and impact among Australia’s small businesses.
Earlier this year we shared our excitement at being named a finalist, a moment that felt especially significant. The recognition was not for a single project or campaign, but rather for the business itself: more than fifteen years as an independent female-founded studio, and a strong, dedicated team operating within an industry where female leadership remains rare.

Each business demonstrated the courage and commitment required to thrive in a competitive sector and build something enduring.
The Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Awards are coordinated by Precedent Productions and are now in their fourth year. The program features more than sixty business categories, ranging from creative services and professional services to trades, retail, health, hospitality, and beyond. It is a national platform that spans capital cities, regional and suburban areas alike, recognising the diversity, innovation and determination of women-led small businesses across Australia.
Entries for 2025 were described as record-breaking, reflecting the growing impact of women in small business. The judging panel assesses a wide range of business dimensions: strategy, innovation initiatives, customer service, growth, community support and more.
The awards presentation evening itself is a high-profile event, held at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, with red-carpet arrivals, photography, first-class dinner, and significant networking opportunities.
The evening was deeply moving. While the gala setting was elegant, the heart of the night lay in the stories. Founders delivered speeches that made clear: small business is about livelihoods, teams, belief and the courage to keep going. There were real highs, real lows, and real determination behind the scenes. Several speakers shared emotional moments reminding all of us why we do what we do.
